With a lifelong passion for exceptional service and strategic property management, Sydney is the founder of E L E V A T E Short Term Rentals, a boutique hospitality consulting and cohosting company serving Denver and beyond. As a seasoned Superhost since 2018, she has turned her own portfolio of furnished rentals into high-performing assets—and now helps other property owners do the same.
Drawing from over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, short-term rental optimization, and design consulting, Sydney blends aesthetics with strategy to transform ordinary spaces into income-generating gems. Her customized, hands-on approach empowers clients to boost revenue, enhance the guest experience, and build a sustainable business in the fast-growing STR market.
From identifying high-impact improvements to implementing dynamic pricing and five-star service standards, Sydney’s work is rooted in performance, excellence, and intention.
Outside of managing beautiful rentals and guiding other hosts to success, Sydney is a hot yoga instructor and passionate about wellness, cooking, and travel. She’s also a proud mother of two boys and enjoys Colorado’s outdoors with her family—including their rescue pup, a lovable shih-tzu mix who stole their hearts during the pandemic.
