The place was cozy and I enjoyed all the extra amenities in the kitchen and simple things like lighted makeup mirrors, shelving for your toiletries in the bathroom, fans in every room to move air, and a great heating/cooling system. The one thing to note, is that the home is a duplex and the co-hosts live in the basement, so it is not a stand alone home which I originally thought, however, it was super comfortable, loved the location, and hope to make this our place to stay when visiting family in Denver.

Fan in one of the rooms is broken and only operates on the highest speed. The place was clean but they use Fabuloso and so it smelled like toxic fumes every time you walk in the door. Lots of weeds outside and "back patio" is not well kept. Not anywhere you'd want to spend time and no furniture anyways. It's also the upstairs unit of a duplex (which I think should be disclosed). So some ambient noise coming from dogs and music/TV.

It's on a busy street but was quiet in the house. We had a few small issues...but hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed things. The house felt smaller and a bit more cramped than it looked in photos. Not much space to unpack and spread out. Beds were comfortable, but pillows not so much. Kitchen was well stocked. We were there when it was snowing, so the heat was nice, but we needed to open the bedroom doors in order to evenly distribute it throughout the house. The driveway for parking was shared, so it was pretty cramped to park next to another car, but nice to have a parking spot as street parking is limited to 2hrs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Both bedrooms were comfortable and homey, we loved the decor. The kitchen was great with all equipment and amenities needed. The bathroom facilities were lovely, and we appreciated all the little touches the hosts had placed throughout the house to make us feel at home.

We also appreciated the desk space as both of us had to work a bit during our trip.

We hope to book again with Anna and Izzy and stay in their wonderful home again.
